Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
Where AlphaBridge processes personal data on behalf of a customer, a Data Processing Agreement governs that processing. You can request our current DPA below.
Draft for management/legal review. This document is a production-ready template. Before public launch it must be reviewed against actual data processing, deployed trackers, commercial terms and verified company details, per the launch gate.
What the DPA covers
Roles (controller/processor), subject-matter and duration of processing, the nature and purpose of processing, the types of personal data and categories of data subjects, our security obligations, subprocessor terms, assistance with data-subject rights, breach notification, and return or deletion of data.
How to request the DPA
Email info@alphabridgesmartops.com or use our contact form and state that you would like our Data Processing Agreement. We will provide the current version applicable to your intended use.
Subprocessors
Our current subprocessor register is published on the Subprocessors page and is kept consistent with the vendors actually used. Material changes are communicated in line with the DPA.

Final DPA terms are confirmed with the executed order and are reviewed by legal before publication of any specific commitments.
